RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase from Castle Foods! We stand behind all of our products and if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email our support team at info@castlefoods.com to request a refund or exchange.

Be sure to check your products thoroughly upon delivery. Please report any order discrepancy or damage within 5 days from original purchase date. You may return or exchange items purchased within 30 days from original purchase (order) date.

General Return and Refund Policy

Any unopened product within 30 days after original purchase date (order date) will be applied to a full refund in the same payment method of the purchase price (less shipping charges).

For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns on any opened products.

Customers may choose to apply the cost of any approved return to an exchange or use it as store credit. Only items that were damaged upon receipt, were missing from an order, or are returned with an intact seal are eligible for a cash refund.

If an item is out of stock or no longer available, you will be issued a refund.

Damaged/Incorrect Goods

If you received an order that is damaged (broken, leaking or otherwise unusable), please contact us within 5 days from original purchase date at info@castlefoods.com. We will pay for return shipping and replace the product.

Castle Foods LLC reserves the right to review each return or exchange on a case-by-case basis.

How to Return a Product

  • Please include a copy of the Return Authorization emailed to you by customer service.
  • Please indicate whether you would like store credit or if you would like to exchange the return for another product.
