Adobo is a savory blend of garlic, onion, and other spices which give any dish a Latin inspired taste.
Use adobo as a dry rub on beef, chicken, pork or fish before cooking. It is also great on vegetables and beans. Adobo comes from the Spanish word “adobar” meaning marinade; try mixing 2 tsp of Castle Adobo seasoning with ½ cup of olive oil and a splash of vinegar or lemon juice to flavor meats prior to cooking.
