To brine a turkey combine Castle Turkey Brine with water and bring to a boil to steep the herbs and spices. Once boiled, allow the brine to cool completely. Once the brine is cool add in your turkey and make sure it is completely submerged. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours but no longer than 24 hours. After brining be sure to rinse off the bird and pat it dry. For crispy skin be sure the surface of the Turkey is completely dry. Consider adding Castle Poultry seasoning prior to cooking for even more flavor.
