Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Yukon Potatoes-Cooked and Cubed in 1" Pieces
  • 11/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Small Red Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/ 4 Cup Chopped Dill Pickles
  • 2 Tablespoons Castle Foods Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dill
  • 4 Chopped Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika

Dressing

  • Mix all together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
